Shipping & Delivery Time
All orders are processed, shipped & delivered within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. An order placed on the weekend is fulfilled on Monday.
Orders placed before 3pm are considered as being ordered on that day, otherwise the order rolls over to the next weekday.
Orders may be delayed during times of excessively high order volume.
Delivery Rate
Delivery is free on all items unless otherwise stated. On items that do not offer free delivery, delivery is set at a standard rate for all items in cart, and the fee is waived if the total of items in the cart exceeds a stipulated amount.
Local Delivery
We deliver only to residences or businesses in Barbados only. We will call you to inform you of delivery on the day of delivery.
In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in-store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8am to 3pm on weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
